Surf Report for Friday May 31st

Last minute Surf report for

Friday May 31, 2012

It's been a very long week for all of us Great Lake Surfers. Following ever-changing weather forecasts on the web can be really nerve racking sometimes, especially when all you want is waves to surf....

It finally made it to us!
Our so long wish we dreamed about for so long will become reality! This weekend, the big promise, our dream and hopes of enjoyment, happiness and good times with our brothers and sisters in the G.L's while surfing will become true!!

The forecast for tomorrow is surfable waves in the after noon for those who want to get the good stuff. For those who just cant wait and are stupidly stubborn (count me in this last group) and want to hit the water already there should be a small bump in the A.M. In the Eastern spots of Lake Ontario there should be waves in the waist to shoulder height. The later you are in the water the bigger waves should continue to get. By 9 o'clock tomorrow waves should be maybe head high or so at some surf spots such as The Cove or any other spot that can resist large swells.

For Saturday it seems like Lake Erie on the East side might be working good but stay tuned I'll post some more about that tomorrow with the last forecast information. Now check out the videos I posted at the bottom of the post to get yourself stoked and ready for tomorrow!

I hope to see you all or as many as possible out there because tomorrow will be a wicked day for all of us GLS!! So, go wax your board, put your fins on the board and clean up your leash -or w.e. you like to do before surfing- and wait for tomorrow...because tomorrow we surf or we surf !!!

Keep it real, keep it simple, go surf!
